We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead, IT Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of IT projects, from conceptual design through implementation. They will have the chance to manage infrastructure and software development projects and work with cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage complex projects related to IT systems and processes, such as software development, network installation, cybersecurity, and data management.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
3. Ensure project is completed within specified time frames and budget.
4. Coordinate cross-project activities, handle risks and issues, and correct deviations from plans.
5. Provide guidance and motivation to project teams to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
6. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and prepare progress reports.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, designs, and reports.
8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, control project scope, and manage change requests.
9. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
10. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field (Graduate degree preferred).
2. Proven work experience as a project manager in the IT sector.
3. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
4. Excellent project management and leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
6. Proficient in project management software (like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
7. detail oriented Project Management Certification from an accredited institution such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
